FlueNote ("we", "us") provides a findings library and report tool for chimney and fireplace companies at fluenoteapp.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, your name if you add it, and your company name and team.
- Your library: the findings, wording and settings your company saves in FlueNote.
- Usage: which findings your team copies or adds to reports, so owners can see Insights.
- Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To run FlueNote: signing you in, showing your company's library to your team, sending sign-in codes and account emails, billing, and support. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and Hostinger (website and email). They process data only to provide their services to us.
Your company's data stays separate
Each company's library and team are kept separate. Other companies can't see your wording.
On your device
FlueNote saves your sign-in and a copy of your library in your browser so it keeps working with weak signal. Signing out or clearing your browser data removes it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can export your library to a spreadsheet at any time. To delete your account and company data, email us and we'll do it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we'll tell account owners by email before they take effect.
